Meet Chef Leon Liang
Chef
Liang began his culinary career a decade ago in Montgomery,
Alabama, shortly after moving there from China. As an apprentice,
he learned the tricks of the trade from many talented chefs.
Then he took his career to the next level when he moved
to Charleston, South Carolina—one of our country's
culinary capitals.
After tackling this landmark, Chef Liang moved
to Ohio and began running the sushi bar at Montrose's Mustard
Seed Cafe. Four years later in May of 2005, Liang opened
Kasai in the heart of Wadsworth.
Chef Liang sums up his dedication to providing
you with the best dining experience possible in this statement,
"If you don't come, that's your mistake. If you don't
come back, that's my mistake."
